A third-generation real estate broker, he moved to Seattle after college, drawn by its thriving business scene and outdoor lifestyle. After gaining appraisal experience, he transitioned into brokerage, quickly finding his passion for helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals. Over the past 13 years, he has built a strong network of real estate partners across the U.S. and internationally.
With extensive expertise in land acquisition and development, Colin and his team guide projects from acquisition to new construction home sales. He specializes in sourcing capital, permitting, and construction management, successfully assisting local and national builders, contractors, and investors. Colin has a proven track record of executing unique real estate opportunities across various property types—even beyond the transaction. Outside of work, Colin enjoys boating on Lake Washington, snowboarding in the Cascades, and exploring the PNW with his wife Cassandra, son Brayden, and energetic chocolate lab, Reggie.
