Get to Know Me

Kevin is a local Eastside resident and has been for 30 years. Growing up in Issaquah, Kevin has seen the growth of our real estate market for two generations.

Kevin started buying properties at the foreclosure auction in 2013. He learned on site appraisals, customer management, as-is and future values, as well as what it really takes to add value to an asset and realize an ROI. 

Kevin has parlayed his auction experience and success into managing portfolio money, as well as being a successful licensed broker. Kevin’s network, tenacity and pricing skills have made him invaluable in acquisitions and in sales with his clients’ and also with his team. 

Kevin stays very active in his community and enjoys regularly hiking, playing golf, exercising, traveling, playing with his dogs & meeting as many people on this planet as possible!
